Subsidy Programme in Malta will most Probably Start in 2013

The last phase of the below described solar water heater grant programme ended in November 2012. It is still unclear if there will be another subsidy scheme in Malta in 2013, since there will be general elections held on 9 March 2013. Find an update on the political discussion here.
